The terms and conditions stated on this document are accepted by the Client as soon as any project is undertaken. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand and agree with them before undertaking a project. Content Licensing

No video/audio/photo/creative content supplied by Brodie Reed is licensed for on-air (television), radio or digital billboards without prior discussions between the Client and Brodie Reed in order to organise the appropriate licensing/costs. Current licenses are for Australasia media only. For any content to be used on large print, adverts, television and/or international media the Client must organise this prior to doing so with Brodie Reed.

Raw Footage/Raw Photo/Working Files/Content

Brodie Reed, is under no circumstances, liable to hand over any raw footage, raw photo, working files and/or content. Brodie Reed owns all rights to this material and have the right to withhold any files at will. Brodie Reed may hand over raw footage, raw photo, working files and/or content with prior written agreement between the Client and Brodie Reed. Any raw footage, raw photo, working files and/or content is not necessarily kept for future use and may be entirely deleted after completion of any project unless previously discussed and agreed on. Raw footage, raw photo, working files and/or content can not be purchased for personal or commercial use exclusively.

Payment Terms

Brodie Reed requires all payments to be paid within 10 days of invoice being issued unless agreed otherwise. If Client is on an accounts basis, payment is due on the 20th of the following month. This must be agreed on before the project is begun or underway. If payment is still not made after 30 days from it's due date or if Client is refusing to pay/will not get in contact/cannot pay, Brodie Reed will get debt collectors involved.

Limits of Liability

Brodie Reed has working methods in place to prevent loss or damage to your content. However, in the unlikely situation that content becomes lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons in or beyond our control Brodie Reed is limited to the return of fees paid for the services or part thereof according to the percentage of content supplied. Brodie Reed takes no liability if they arrive to their job and cannot shoot content due to reasons that are beyond our control. The Client is required to pay for all time, expenses and travel spent regardless of whether the job goes ahead or not.

Cancellations

Brodie Reed requires at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations due to weather conditions and/or other reasons beyond our control are to be discussed on the day between Brodie Reed and the Client. If a cancellation occurs within the 72 hour notice period without reasoning deemed acceptable by Brodie Reed, the Client may be required to pay a fee of up to the entire quoted cost to Brodie Reed due to loss of booking time.

Aerial Drone Rules & Regulations

Due to New Zealand Aviation Laws, Brodie Reed is unable to fly a drone within a controlled air space. It is up to the Client solely to seek all permission to fly over and/or around private land. Brodie Reed can assist with this if necessary, with prior notice of at least 3 workings days. If any fines, fees or legal disputes are put upon Brodie Reed due to flight location or any other New Zealand Aviation laws, the Client will take full responsibility and will be required to pay any fines, fees or legal disputes. Brodie Reed is only able to fly a drone subject to the weather and location and offers no discounts or reshoots to compensate for lack of drone usage in a package. If the drone is out of order Brodie Reed will offer a reshoot date and time once the drone is back in availability.
